Weldment - Semiconductor Industry:

This weldment is machined, welded, precision machined, and assembled.  The top of the lower frame is precision machined on our double column machining center to 0.005 flatness and dimensional tolerances to 0.010.

The overall dimensions of the lower frame are 77.5" x 55" x 37.5".  The overall dimensions of the assembly are 78.5" x 55.5" x 68.0".
